Thank you for taking the time to check out my site! It is such a joy to be able to capture such special moments for families from all different communities.
My photography journey started with Photos Unlimited (Walmart Studios) back in 2014! I actually got hired there mainly for my customer service skills and experience with children but it also gave me an opportunity to learn something creative and new which was photography! I eventually moved into management for a few years which really expanded my knowledge on building/sustaining a business.
Aside from photography, I have a passion for supporting, consulting and servicing communities in need. I have worked with babies,children and adolescence for over 10 years with the City of Toronto, other local organizations, and through my post-secondary studies of Social Work. I also provide strategic advice services for individuals with small businesses or for personal use. On my journey of learning sociology and counseling various people, I had come to learn that I also had to learn about myself. It became clear to me that I couldn’t effectively support other people without learning how to build support for myself.
Through this journey of self-discovery , I’ve re-discovered deeper understandings of the challenges we face and also a deepened understanding of all my research/ personal experiences. With these understandings of social and individual injustice , I live out my passion to bring awareness to those who need it/seek it.
Being a strategic advisor allows me to listen to other peoples experiences in a judgment-free way. I get to brainstorm various alternatives to personal or business challenges that seem impossible to overcome. When my clients leave with a sense of relief and resources to overcome their challenges, it gives me the utmost satisfaction every time.
